Responsibilities also include supporting process Quality engineering in yield improvements and scrap reductions. He/She will support quality engineering in component and design related problem identification and resolution. You will also be actively involved in problem solving of assemblies. You will also be conducting failure analysis of units returned from the field. You will also need to be aware of assembly. Knowledge to audit process will be needed. Added knowledge on test systems will be an advantage. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Electronic Engineering Technologist/Technician or related diploma -Telecommunications preferred • Strong manual dexterity skills • Prior experience repairing RF devices • 7 step problem solving • Statistical knowledge Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. • Technician or Technologist Diploma • Knowledge of current manufacturing and test processes • Demonstrated ability to undertake projects and achieve timely desired results • Demonstrated ability to influence individuals and teams at all levels • Able to meet deadlines | ||||||||||||||
