ADMIN ASSISTANT
Full time position within Platinum Home Real Estate Brokers where the ADMIN ASSISTANT assists all members of the staff as and when required. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager the ADMIN ASSISTANT is expected to assist in all aspects of general office duties.

Working hours – 6 days per week from 9am until 6pm.

Salary – negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Typical Work Activities
The ADMIN ASSISTANT is employed to perform varied and diverse duties requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Duties pertaining to this role include a combination of typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Typing skills require to be accurate and above 50 words per minute. It is envisaged that each member of staff has the ability to prove themselves and progress their career through Platinum Homes.
At Platinum Homes the duties of the ADMIN ASSISTANT are, although not limited to, noted below:
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access for the input of data;
• Excellent command of English to enable the accurate production of emails as required;
• Accurate data input for property database;
• Accurate data input for leads generated;
• Checking information on database regarding leads generated by Client Managers on a weekly basis, or on demand;
• Typing documents as required by Business Development Manager;
• Typing documents as required by General Manager;
• Filing as required;
• Work to and meet specified deadlines;
• Compiling staff attendance and sickness records, filing all copies and making this information immediately available to management when requested;
• Ensure office equipment is kept in good working order;
• Assisting with general administration as required by management.
