Our training program is designed to cross-train the right candidate in all aspects of business and marketing, as well as in corporate communication and team leadership. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the general manager of a location, overseeing the marketing strategies for our multi-national clients, as well as supervising a team of 20-30 employees. At TBG we firmly believe that quality executive management is trained from the ground up.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors in Business, Communications, or Journalism preferred.
