REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required
At least 7 years of related experience, at least 3 years of which are supervising a team
Strong experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment
Work experience focus on Performance Management, Employee Relations, Career Counseling, Client Management, Training, Compensation and Benefits Administration
Excellent communication skills
Preference for applicants with strong experience in the following industries: High Volume IT, BPO, Call Center and Semi Conductor.
