Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Business Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
• Required skill(s): Interviewing & Sourcing;
• Possesses pleasing personality and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Recommends and endorses potential candidates for interview by the requesting client;
• Maintains and submits weekly recruitment tracking report;

• Proficient in using the Internet and knowledgeable of Microsoft office applications;
• Amenable to work night schedules, holidays and weekends;
