Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent;
• Proficient in HTML, DHTML, and CSS; awareness on web 2.0 designs and JavaScript is preferred
• Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and other applications for image enhancements and web designing;
• Creative, flexible and able to work well under pressure;
• Good command of both oral and written English;
• Must have a working knowledge in FTP programs;
• With at least 1 year experience in the same field or related position; preferred background in marketing or advertising;
• Able to work independently and with a self-directed team environment;
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written;
• Ability to do multi-tasking effectively and willing to work long hours;
• Amenable to work night schedules, holidays and weekends;
