Waterbury Financial Strategies Inc is seeking an experienced wind energy project developer to help oversee the professional development of the companys existing and future portfolio of wind projects in the Midwest. The project developer will be responsible for managing existing wind project developments in the Midwest and will provide additional oversight in prospecting new opportunities in several surrounding states.

Duties include:

Managing a staff of wind project associates who work locally to secure land rights

Identifying and evaluating strategic sites for possible wind development

Leading negotiations for land rights and coordinating with my Clients Real Estate department in crafting project specific lease documents

Overseeing project design and permitting

Assisting with the project utility interconnection process through coordination with my Clients engineering staff.

Working with others in the organization to ensure good community acceptance of the project and a smooth permitting process all within a reasonable timeframe and budget.

Candidates shall have at least three to five years of wind project development experience. Strong technical and communication skills are essential. Specific knowledge and experience in permitting, land acquisition, interconnections, land sign offs are required.

My Client has a pipeline of 4000MW of wind energy electrical generation projects across a five state region and is a recognized leader in successfully completing renewable energy projects.

SALARY Range is $110k, bonus is negotiable based on skills and experience.
