Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Develop sales objectives, and exhibit creativity in sourcing new business.
• Use market knowledge, analytical skills, product knowledge and outstanding communication and presentation skills to sell IP services to prospects.
• Seek business, set presentation, analyze prospect's business communications requirements, present proposed business solutions and demonstrate cash flow savings.
• Ensure corporate directives regarding sales strategies and pricing are implemented
• Define and clarify prospect expectations and ensure a smooth sales cycle.
• Evaluate market needs and communicate new business requirements to guide company in future product and market development.
• Excellent prospecting, networking within community organizations.
• Involve sales management and corporate executives in advancing and closing difficult sales or potential high-volume customers.

Requirements:
• A strong desire to excel while learning from the experience of others. We are looking for passionate people that will do what it takes to be successful!
• College degree preferred; some college or technical required.
• Interest in learning how to sell to key business users the new IP telephony system.
• Demonstrated past overachievement relative to sales goals.
• Ability to establish and accomplish personal as well as company goals with limited direct supervision.
• Team player, positive attitude, determination, strong work ethic, confidence, and the desire to be the best in the industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Environment.
• Proven ability to solve client business issues by providing a solution.
• Strong communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Fluent communication in both Spanish and English is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
