Advertising related corporation located in SOHO

This is an unpaid internship

Communication expense to an from work would be paid for

Part Time M-F 20 hours a week from 2:00PM to 6:00PM

Should have knowledge of general accounting principals, be computer literate and have knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities:

Filing

Making bank deposits

Matching credit card receipts to credit card statement

Reviewing accounts payable

Attaching paid bills to check stubs

Prepare Excel spreadsheets

Prepare daily client billing

Will be trained on compnay accounting and billing software

Please be available to honor the fill three and a half month commitment
