We are looking for hard working and motivated English speakers to join our team of inbound call center agents. We offer competitive wages and a comfortable and fun work environment. The candidates should be eager to learn, friendly and ready for a challenging career with a rapidly growing Cebu based BPO.

As an inbound call center agent, the candidates will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, emails and chat sessions in order to provide information and assist with customer inquiries. The candidate may also be required to make follow-up calls and some selling may be required.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- With some college (having a degree would be an advantage)
- With some Call Center experience
- With inclinations towards selling
- Good interpersonal skills; and with pleasant disposition
- Familiar with computers
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good reasoning and decision making skills.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Full-Time positions available
