Job Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for the agreed corporate HR strategy implementation together with the management team
2.Following the corporate guild line, propose, set up and carry out company specific HR policies and procedures according to the latest local labor policies
3.Provide counsel on HR matters to managers and employees especially during interpersonal conflicts, performance problems, disciplinary actions
4.Promote a climate of trusting cooperation and manage employee relationship
5.Supervise and implement all functions of HR, e.g. recruitment , employment, production related training, non-managerial staff development, compensation & benefits, personnel administration , performance evaluation
6.Prepare annual personnel budget, manpower plan and Liaise with China HR headquarter about annual training plan.
7.Liaise with relevant government departments to establish and maintain good relations with them, and update changes of related regulations and laws
