Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for petty cash management.
2. Keep close contact with the banks, tax bureau and SAFE.
3. Conduct e-Banking and raise payment batches.
4. Issue VAT invoices
5. Responsible for foreign exchange verification in SAFE.
6. Maintain detail list for note receivable and cheque issued.
7. Monitor bank balance and prepare bank reconciliation for management review/approval.
8. Other tasks assigned by the F&A manager
