Job Responsibilities:
1. Work out with Director of Gr China the marketing and sales strategy in territory of responsibility;
2. Maintain existing and develop new customers and businesses in the appointed territory;
3. Implement and achieve the team’s Strategy and Sales goals in the appointed territory;
4. Ensure providing customers with technical support including application advice leading to conclusion of sales;
5. Develop and manage direct business in the appointed territory, as well as managing optimum communication with distributor(s) to ensure desired performance of the distributor network;
6. Analyze segment market trend and competitor’s activities, feed back regularly to the Director of Gr China;
7. Evaluate and judge from market requirements to initiate / recommend development of new products.
