Requirements:
1. develop season’s collection subject according to company’s strategy and product range policy.
2. completion of each season’s collection scheme, including the collection of fashion trend information, material, color, and style of planning
3. leading and supervising team members on overall product development

Job requirements:
1. 25-40 years old, bachelor degree or above, majored in fashion design
2. at least 3 years designing experience with well-known clothing brands
3. ability on forecasting fashion market trend, and development capability
4. good ability on color matching
5. familiar with the process of wearing, excellent clothing version control
6. proficiency in the use of various types of design software, e.g. FREEHAND AND PHOTOSHOP
7. effective communication and co-operation skills, good teamwork spirit
8. good ability of Chinese on all aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing
9. Free-lancers are also welcome with oversea cooperation
