Requirements: • Solid experience with website design development and programming. • Proficiency with Div+CSS and Javascript/Ajax. • Proficiency with Adobe CS. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, inDesign… • Chinese / Good English speaking and writing, • Creative minded and a team player able to work in multicultural environment. • Work actively and independently; ready to handle challenging tasks and responsibility. • Result oriented, spirit of getting things done. Job description: Short term Missions Duration: 3 to 4 months. • Write a “Graphic chart/benchmark” of actual website design to propose enhancements. o Audit of current website design, propositions on professional graphic chart. • Design website pages and page flow, research and create interface environment. o Study of user behavior, implementation of user-friendly online interface. o Description pages to be reorganized clearly with page-flow study. • Management of some website project blocks. i.e website description pages, internal ads. o Pro-active propositions on visually explaining website’s added value proposition • First visual marketing and brand awareness campaign, advertisement creation. o Design of advertisement, online (flash), onsite (flyers) for communication events. Long term missions • Visual marketing and brand awareness, advertisement creation for all supports o Design of advertisement for communication events and online buzz • Webmaster day to day improvements and strategic review of website design | ||||||||||||||||||
