As a Call Center agent, you'll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

For Entry Level Agent;
• Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.
• Sales experience, especially if in a call center setting is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must have high tolerance for rejection, frustration and stress
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to be assigned in at least one of our sites: Makati, Quezon City, Alabang or Shaw.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.

For Level 2 Agent;
• College graduate of a four (4) year course.
• One (1) year experience in any of the following: customer service, technical support, client management or marketing (not necessarily from a call center).
• Proven communication skills with US clients is a plus.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to be assigned in Shaw.
• Full-Time positions available.
