The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience as a Retail Manager. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to attract high-performing staff and excellent organizational skills. Must be sales-driven and passionate about and committed to Customer Service and continuously improving Product Knowledge. A genuine affinity for music & movies as well as a love of all things pop cultural is essential.
1) Do you have at least 3 years experience working as a Store Manager?
2) Do you have experience working with brand name retailers?
3) Have you worked in the Bayfield Mall before?
4) Are you currently employed?
5) Have you had full responsibility for a store location (sales budgets, staffing, merchandising, loss prevention, etc.) in your previous employment?
