- Works in teams under the guidance of more experienced colleagues (Senior Associates and Managers/Senior Managers), on complex projects and for sophisticated clients;
- Has access to the rich local and global research and training resources of Gradeanu & Partners
- Is involved in all stages of evolution of a project, from initial discussions with prospect, proposal development, analysis, verifications, structuring, drafting, negotiations, implementation etc;
- Has direct contact and interacts closely with clients and colleagues from other functions and geographies;
- Works in a dynamic and competitive environment, which preserve a uniquely collegial culture and strives for work/life balance;
- Almost the entire activity is carried out in our offices; some domestic and international travel required occasionally.

- Law school graduate and Bar membership;
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm assisting international clients in the service lines mentioned above is required;
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, good legal writing skills;
- Fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office applications;
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
