Requirements:

College graduate of a four (4) year course.

One (1) year experience in any of the following: customer service, technical support, client management or marketing (not necessarily from a call center).

Proven communication skills with US clients is a plus.

Good problem solving and decision making skills.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Willing to be assigned in Shaw.

Candidates hired for the Shaw Level 2 position to start on Oct. 2009 will eligible for a 10k signing bonus! (terms and conditions apply)
