1. Registrar / CEO of Hub

Qualification:

LLM or PhD in Arbitration, International Commercial Law, or related discipline.

10–15 years of experience in arbitration/ADR, preferably at an institutional level.

Membership in CIArb, ICCA, IBA, or ASA highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Act as the chief executive of the Hub.

Supervise the Secretariat and all divisions.

Approve constitution of arbitral tribunals and mediator appointments.

Maintain neutrality, transparency, and compliance with UNCITRAL & New York Convention.

Represent GIAMH globally in conferences, MoUs, and partnership agreements.

2. Deputy Registrars (2–3)

Qualification:

LLB/LLM with ADR/mediation certification (CIArb, ICCA, or equivalent).

7–10 years of professional experience in dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:

Assist Registrar in daily functioning.

Allocate cases to case managers and coordinate tribunal setup.

Ensure timelines, hearings, and awards follow institutional rules.

Liaise with arbitrators, mediators, and parties for smooth case progress.

3. Case Managers (6–10)

Qualification:

LLB/LLM with ADR/Mediation certification.

3–5 years of law firm/institutional case management experience.

Responsibilities:

Register arbitration/mediation cases.

Coordinate between parties and tribunal members.

Maintain case records, deadlines, and digital filings.

Prepare reports on case progress for Secretariat and Advisory Board.

4. Legal Researchers (4–6)

Qualification:

LLM in International Arbitration, Commercial Law, or Constitutional Law.

Strong academic background; experience in arbitration preferred.

Responsibilities:

Research case law, international arbitration precedents, and ADR frameworks.

Draft procedural orders, briefing notes, and analytical reports for tribunals.

Maintain knowledge bank for arbitration/mediation practices.

5. Finance & Accounts Officers (2–3)

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CS / MBA Finance.

5–7 years of experience in financial/legal institutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage filing fees, case administration charges, arbitrator/mediator honorariums.

Prepare budgets, maintain financial compliance, and oversee audits.

Manage corporate memberships and sponsorship contributions.

Allocate CSR funds transparently.

6. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT; MBA desirable.

10+ years’ experience in ODR platform development, AI, blockchain, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

Lead digital transformation of arbitration and mediation.

Develop and maintain ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) system.

Ensure cybersecurity, blockchain certification of awards, and AI-powered analytics.

Train Secretariat on digital tools.

7. IT Engineers / Developers (3–4)

Qualification:

B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science/IT.

3–5 years of software/web development experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain case filing portals, databases, and digital hearing systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues during hybrid/virtual hearings.

Integrate upgrades to ODR and AI tools.

8. Cybersecurity Officers (2–3)

Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Cybersecurity, with certifications (CEH, CISSP).

5+ years in IT security, preferably in legal/financial sectors.

Responsibilities:

Secure confidential arbitration/mediation data.

Monitor cyber threats during virtual hearings.

Conduct forensic analysis for digital evidence.

9. Desk Staff (20–25, 2–3 per desk)

Qualification:

LLB/LLM with specialization in Banking Law, Energy Law, Real Estate Law, Cyber Law, Medical Law, or IP/Media Law depending on desk.

2–5 years’ sectoral experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal and compliance support to sector-specific arbitration desks.

Conduct research and prepare background notes for arbitrators/mediators.

Assist in drafting awards or settlement agreements.

10. Training & CSR Wing
Training Academy Head (1)

Qualification: LLM/PhD, 10+ years’ experience in ADR/academia.
Responsibilities: Develop ADR training programs, host workshops, partner with NLUs/Harvard/NYU.

Program Coordinators (2–3)

Qualification: LLB/LLM or MBA in Education Management.
Responsibilities: Organize training courses, certification programs, and international ADR seminars.

CSR Manager (1)

Qualification: MSW/MBA in CSR/Social Work, 5+ years’ experience.
Responsibilities: Implement One Case One Tree, One Panel One Tree, and rural development initiatives.

CSR Field Officers (2–3)

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work.
Responsibilities: Execute CSR projects on the ground, maintain impact reports.
