The AGM will collaborate across departments to scale EV programs, ensure high operational efficiency, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Support the development and execution of EV business strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify growth opportunities across new markets, use-cases, or partnerships in the EV space. Coordinate with leadership on budgeting, performance KPIs, and project timelines. EV Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of EV fleets, including deployment, utilization, and maintenance. Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery, charging readiness, and serviceability. Ensure high vehicle uptime, route optimization, and operational safety. Charging Infrastructure & Partnerships Assist in planning, evaluating, and expanding EV charging networks (AC, DC fast-charging). Collaborate with charging point operators (CPOs), utility companies, and urban infrastructure partners. Manage vendor relations for EV hardware, software, and maintenance. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, service, and support staff. Facilitate internal training and development programs focused on EV awareness and safety. Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven work culture. Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Ensure all EV operations comply with transport, energy, and safety regulations. Monitor sustainability KPIs including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and green logistics. Support ESG reporting and alignment with company sustainability goals. Technology & Innovation Oversee implementation and optimization of EV fleet management software, telematics, and mobility platforms. Collaborate with product and IT teams to integrate technology for tracking, analytics, and driver behavior monitoring. Stay updated with trends in battery tech, autonomous EVs, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), and smart mobility solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Energy, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in fleet management, mobility, EV operations, or automotive industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale operations or new business units. Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, EV ecosystems, and related infrastructure. Experience with charging networks, battery lifecycle, and telematics is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
