The Field Manager Assistant will support the daily field operations of a passenger van rental business in Los Angeles. This role is hands-on and requires assisting the Field Manager with fleet coordination, vehicle readiness, and on-site operational tasks to ensure smooth rentals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with vehicle inspections before and after rentals, coordinating cleaning and fueling, helping manage pickup and drop-off logistics, and communicating with drivers, cleaners, and management.
